The 2004 vintage was characterised by average winter climatic conditions and a particularly cool summer, with the average temperature for July being as much as 3°C lower than the average for the month. This led to a prolonged maturity, giving particularly well structured, balanced wines.

Appearance
Moderate intensity with a light ruby core and a thin tawny rim.
Nose
Medium intense developing aromas of soft red fruit: strawberry, raspberry and red cherry.
Palate
Low acidity, medium body, lightly pronounced fruitiness of forest fruits and soft tannins with a short finish.
Conclusion
This wine has already reached its peak drinking.
