Pauleen Micallef is an expressionist and plein air artist. She has participated in various joint exhibitions and had her first Solo in 2002 called ‘IN SEPIA’. Her mediums are pastels, watercolours, inks and charcoal/chalk. Presently she is painting commissioned portraits in charcoal and chalk. In September 2003 she participated and organised the dance and exhibition (Arcane Energies) for the EMPTC conference at St. James Cavalier. In October 2003 she participated and organised the Malta Red Cross Joint Artists’ Exhibition. In May/June 2004 she was an active artist at Caraffa Halls in Birgu, ‘La Mostra Impossible’ – Caravaggio.
