This is a light, easy drinking white wine blended from the indigenous Girgentina and Chardonnay grape variety. It has a true Southern Mediterranean flavour with pleasantly fresh, floral and fruity aromas reminiscent of ripe apples, citrus: lemon and a lingering almondy finish. Ideal with light salads, cold pasta and pizza. Serve between 10°C to 12°C.
