This wine is produced entirely from Chardonnay grapes harvested from the Ramla Valley estate in Gozo. It is a dry, full-bodied complex white wine with rich citrus flavours of lemons and limes combining well with aromatic buttery and smoky notes. Ideal to accompany pasta dishes, fish, white meat and mature cheeses.
