Bernard Muscat
Bernard Muscat is Marsovin's wine specialist. After obtaining a B.A. degree in Italian and Theatre studies from the University of Malta, he got a certificate in Education to become a teacher of Italian and spent 10 years teaching in various secondary schools in Malta. He spent 15 years working with an established outside caterer and at the same time followed courses at I.T.S. in food preparation, food hygene and wine appreciation. He worked at the Essence fine dining restaurant in Malta during the Summer of 2007 and followed a basic sommelier course with the Court of Master Sommelliers in UK. At the moment he's studying to obtain a diploma in Wines & Spirits in UK.
